Blackout Weekend – Party Booking Information

All party bookings during Blackout Weekend must be made through our online booking system.

How it works:

  • Book your party using our online booking system
  • You will receive an invoice or secure payment link within 2 hours
  • Full payment must be made within 2 hours of receiving the invoice
  • If payment is not received within this timeframe, your booking will be cancelled
  • The 30% Blackout discount will then be released to the next customer

Important:

  • Discount applies to new party bookings only
  • Party location can not be any further than 60 miles radius outside London
  • Bookings are secured strictly on a first come, first served basis
  • Dates are subject to availability
  • you can add extra people for from £20 per person. Extra people are charged at normal rate. Extra people can be added up to 48 hours before your party.

Blackout Weekend – Workshop Booking Information

All workshop bookings during Blackout Weekend require a confirmed quote before a date can be secured.

If you already have a quote:

  • Email us immediately with your existing quote reference
  • We will confirm availability and reissue payment details
  • Your discount will be secured once payment is received

If you do not yet have a quote:

  • Request a quote as soon as possible
  • We aim to respond within 20–30 minutes during the promotion
  • Due to demand, response times cannot be guaranteed
  • Dates and discounts are allocated on a first come, first served basis

Important Payment Information:

  • All workshop bookings must be approved internally before confirming
  • Please ensure your finance team is ready to process payment
  • Full payment must be made within 24 hours of invoice being issued
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit card or credit card
  • If payment is not received within 24 hours, the booking will be released
  • The 30% Blackout discount will then be offered to the next customer

Additional Terms:

  • Strictly new workshop bookings only
  • Subject to date and artist availability
  • Discount cannot be combined with any other offer

Blackout Weekend – Terms & Conditions



  • Offer valid during the official Blackout Weekend promotional period only.
  • Strictly for new bookings only. Existing bookings or previously confirmed events are excluded.
  • Limited to the first 10 confirmed bookings.
  • Schools and corporate bookings must be paid in full within 4 hours of invoice or payment link being issued.
  • Private parties must be paid in full within 2 hours of invoice or payment link being issued.
  • If payment is not received within the stated timeframes, the booking will be released and offered to the next customer.
  • Bookings are secured only once full payment has been received.
  • Subject to date and artist availability. All parties can be booked online based on availability online
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
  • Graffiti Stars & reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
