How to Prepare for Your Graffiti Party
A simple guide to help everything run smoothly on the day
1. What to expect on the day
Our professional graffiti artist will arrive around 20–30 minutes before the party to set up all equipment.
Larger parties of 20+ children may need a little longer, but we always plan this in advance. Once set up, the artist leads the session from start to finish so parents can relax.
2.What the artist brings
We bring everything needed for the graffiti experience, including spray paints, boards, stencils, protective equipment, dust sheets, and safety masks where required. You don’t need to buy or prepare any extra graffiti materials at all.
3. What we need from you
All we ask is:
- A clear, well-ventilated space (indoors or outdoors)
- Access to the area around 20–30 minutes before start time
- A parking space for the duration + 30 minutes beofrw and after. If its a paid or permitted area please provide a ticket tot he artist on arrival
- A quick hello to confirm where you’d like things set up
That’s it. The artist takes care of the rest.
4. Indoor vs outdoor parties
Outdoor parties are ideal when the weather is dry and give a great open-air feel.
Indoor parties work perfectly too, as long as the room is well ventilated, such as a hall, garage, or large room. Doors and window must be opended for the duration of the party,
If your party is planned indoors, please let us know
in advance so we can prepare accordingly. All areas we use will be protected with dust sheets.
5. What happens if it rains
Light rain is usually fine for outdoor parties, especially if you have a gazebo or covered area.
In the case of heavy rain or strong wind, an
indoor backup space is recommended or a gazebo if it is weighted down.
If weather conditions mean the party cannot go ahead outdoors, we can discuss rescheduling in line with our weather policy.
6. What children should wear
Graffiti is creative and hands-on, so we recommend:
- Old clothes or clothes you don’t mind getting paint on. The Supercharged Graffiti Party does come with disposable coveralls included. for the Street Stars Graffiti Party these can be purchase at £3.35pp. Please emails if you would like to add these no later than 48 hours before your party.
- Trainers or shoes suitable for outdoor use
The paint can stain clothes, but we always say dress for mess and fun.
7. How the party is structured
The session is fully guided and typically includes:
- A fun introduction and demonstration
- Learning spray techniques and stencil work
- Time for each child to create their own graffiti artwork session 1
- 20 minute for referment break(hand back over the you)
- Continue to create their own graffiti artwork session 2
- Group moments and photo opportunities
Everything is paced so children stay engaged without feeling rushed.
8. How you can help on the day
Parents don’t need to manage the activity, but it’s helpful if:
- You help gather children at the start
- Food and drinks are kept separate from the painting area
- Younger children are reminded to listen during the demo
After that, you can step back and enjoy watching.
9. Space and numbers
Make sure the space allows children to move comfortably around their boards. If you’re unsure whether your space is suitable, we’re always happy to advise before the day. Final numbers should be confirmed in advance so we can bring the right setup.
10. Relax and enjoy it
Our Graffiti parties are designed to be fun, organised, and stress-free.
Our artists are experienced, friendly, and great with children of all ages. Parents often tell us how smoothly everything runs and how confident the children feel by the end.
