Can I book my party online?
Yes, it's simple to book your party online. Simply select the party package that suits you and folllow the instructions. Click here to see our packages >

How much are the parties?
Our party prices vary from depending numbers. Our packages start from only £379 and is packed full of everything you could need for up up to 10 children.
The price increases depending on numbers. Our best value is The 20 Original Person Package which is only £389 and again includes everything you need to entertain twenty crazy children!

Can the party be indoors?
Our graffiti parties can be held indoors or outside.
If you intend on holding the party indoors, you should select 'Indoors' nect to the option 'The party will be held' when booking your party.
Why?
The Indoor spray paints are designed to be used with less ventilation than the traditional spray paints we use.
Change of venue
If you have a change of venue after you make your party booking, you should let us know to ensure we can provide you with the correct paint and equipment.
Winter
During the winter months we recommend using indoor space like a hired hall, large games room, a garage or a similar venue.
If you can't find an indoor space then using a garden or outdoor space is fine, however it's advisable to let the children they should wrap up warm!
We also have Gazebos for hire, which can be booked up until 24 hours before your party (subject to availability).

What should the participants wear?
Party guest should wear old clothes and footwear suitable for graffiti and the weather.
We do sell full body coveralls and shoe overalls for children and adults in our Store. They are part of the Supercharged Party packages.
Graffiti Stars hold no responsibility if guests get paint on their clothes so make sure all guest are aware of what to wear before the day.

How long do the parties last for?
Our parties last for 2 hours. This includes a 15-20 minute break whcih happens half way through the party, which is ideal for serving food.
Please note: The 10 person packages may end 5-10 minutes before the 2 hours are up, due to the fact there are less people attending than our larger party packages.

Are the materials included for the parties price?
All party prices shown include all materials to run the prefect party. However, there are also upgrades you can add to your party, such as extra boards if you happen to have an extra guest, or Protective Full Body Coveralls, Goodie Bags, and many more things to make your party that little bit better.
These are all available to buy or book online.

How do I pay the remaining balance?
If you have only paid your deposit you can pay your final payment online anytime before the day of your party or can pay your balance to the artist on the day, just after the party.
We do carry card machines but some artists do not have them. If your artist doesn't carry a machine, they will notify you at least a day beforehand so you can pay online or by cash.

What time will my graffiti artist arrive on the day?
We typically aim to get to you for around 30 minutes before your party starts, to set up. This will depend on the size of your party and if you have booked any extras such as a Gazebos or decorations etc...
If there is any reason your artist will be arriving after this they will call you on the number you have provided us with to let you know.

Will you contact me after I have booked?
Once you have booked your party you will receive confirmation via email with details of what you have booked. (If you don't receive your confirmation please check your junk mail).
So long as we can see all details are correct, we will not contact you until a few of days before your event.
Please note that your booking will be only updated when we have have received your deposit.

How will I know my order has gone through?
When you pay with a credit/debit card, a confirmation page loads when you complete the booking process. A copy of your Booking/Order will be sent to you via e-mail.
If you have not received the confirmation e-mail please check your e-mail filter settings and any mailboxes that hold filtered mail. Your Booking summary will include your order number, items or services ordered, date of event, total amount paid and all other necessary details. This information can be accessed through ‘Track Orders’ when you log in as well.
Workshop FAQS

How many people can take part in a workshop?
All our workshops are tailored to suit your needs but typically, we can work with up to 30 people per session/lesson per artist.
Depending on whether you book a half day or full day you can have several sessions/lesson within that time.
We usually say no more than 90 participants in a half day and 120 participants in a full day for one artist.
To do this this would need to be broken down into several groups over the day.
Require more Artists?
If you do have more participants, you would need to book more than one artist, an assistant or more than one day but we could advise you on this.

How safe are the activities?
Safety is our our number one priority, so we take every precaution to make sure that there is no danger involved for participants during our workshops. A Risk Assessment is available online to download on request.

How much do your workshops cost?
Our workshops can be booked as a Half day or a Full day.
- Half day workshops gives you up to 3 hours with the artist.
- A Full Day gives you up to 6 hours with our artist.
The time can be split between several classes or used with one group. How you use the time is up to you, however we do however advise checking with us if you are unsure.

Where do you deliver your workshops?
We cover most of the England and Wales. Our artist will deliver the workshop in your chosen location be it in a school, at a festival at an event etc...
If you are booking the workshop Online please select the your town/area. If your town is not on our list please select an area within 10 miles of your event location.

Are the prices for the materials included?
Our Graffiti Workshops require disposable materials such spray paint, masks, boards t-shirts, materials.
The prices for these will be based on whilst selecting your booking options and normally depends on how many people are taking part or if using a wall the size of the wall.
